For the Team Content and Online Marketing of the Labour Market department, a position is open for an Online Adviseur Arbeidsmarkt (pay scale 10/11). The role is one of the contact points and advisors for online labour market communication, combining the execution and guidance of online campaigns with advice to colleagues, internal clients and stakeholders. The position is based in Den Haag, 32-36 hours per week, on a one-year temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

Act as one of the contact points and advisors for online marketing within the labour market domain
Execute and guide online communication and advise organisations on the smart use of digital means
Deploy online communication concepts, social media formats and creative campaigns to promote internal and external candidate flow
Advise internal colleagues, internal clients and stakeholders such as recruiters and communication staff
Work on diverse labour market issues, from long-term target group campaigns to online events, knowledge sessions and community growth
Focus on projects and the direction of executive activities in online marketing and online campaigns such as SEA, e-mail marketing and display advertising
Manage tooling independently when needed
Align with suppliers of the social media tool and newsletter tool to ensure channel continuity
Collaborate with and advise the creative labour market agency and check the quality of their concepts
Create content and guide campaigns yourself

Требования

Minimum hbo working and thinking level and at least 2 years of experience in online advice
Experience with and knowledge of the labour market, employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
Experience within the (national) government environment is a strong plus
Experience with and interest in working on several projects at the same time
Flawless written Dutch
Basic knowledge of online marketing, for example social media or e-mail marketing
Enjoys networking and advising, with an entrepreneurial and inquisitive attitude
Interest in data
Broad interest in online communication, with a preference for marketing questions
Willing to roll up your sleeves and create content or guide campaigns yourself

Условия

Pay scale 10, with scale 11 possible: €3,496 to €6,275 gross
Temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
Contract duration of 1 year
Salary based on a 36-hour working week
Working week of 32 to 36 hours
Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 16.5% of the gross annual salary
IKB can be paid out, exchanged for leave or used for tax-friendly goals
Study facilities, company fitness, full reimbursement of public transport commuting costs and partially paid parental leave
