Описание

The company is looking for an Online Marketeer focused on growth and conversion who stays involved from strategy to result. You design and build campaigns, optimise websites and funnels, set up experiments and analyse data to grow online lead inflow, with B2B marketing and lead generation as a major focus alongside recruitment marketing. You join a small marketing team (online marketeer, filmmaker, marketing manager and regularly an intern) that works for three companies within the holding and mainly collaborates at the office.

Set up and manage campaigns via Google, Meta and LinkedIn
Optimise websites and landing pages for conversion
Set up A/B tests and other online experiments
Improve funnels, forms and lead flows
Analyse user behaviour and conversions
Work on SEA, SEO and GEO
Run e-mail marketing and marketing automation via HubSpot
Make smarter use of tracking, dashboards and marketing data
Test new tools and AI applications to make marketing better or more efficient
Work on the complete online customer journey, not only on campaigns
Focus on B2B marketing and lead generation
Contribute expertise to strengthen recruitment marketing
Act as the fixed point of contact for colleagues at one of the holding's companies

Требования

Completed marketing degree at hbo level
Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience
Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation
Experience independently setting up, analysing and optimising online campaigns
Experience working with HubSpot, Google Ads and Meta
Experience analysing online behaviour, conversions and funnels
Interest in CRO, data and new developments within online marketing
Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, GEO, AI or e-commerce is a plus
Analytical, curious and able to spot opportunities to make websites, funnels and marketing processes smarter

Условия

Salary of €3,200 to €4,200 gross per month
Position of 32 to 40 hours per week
25 vacation days, with the option to buy 10 extra days
