Описание

Cloover is building an AI operating system for the energy transition in Germany and Austria. The analyst runs the financing engine for installers — KYC, B2C and B2B underwriting, installer payouts and issue resolution — making decisions that move real money from the first week. The role sits within Finance Operations and Portfolio Management, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management.

Обязанности

Clear KYC and compliance checks for customers and installers the same day
Underwrite B2C financing applications and B2B installer requests with recommendations that hold up at credit committee
Get installers paid accurately and on time, verifying final invoices against contracts, completion protocols and photos with four-eyes control
Resolve installer and customer issues end to end with a first response the same day
Keep data clean by working daily alerts so backoffice, invoices and payments stay in sync
Find root causes behind recurring issues, write the SOP, work with Product on fixes and automate manual work

Требования

1–3 years in credit, lending or payments operations at a bank, fintech or consumer lender
Read a credit report or bank statement and pull out what matters for a decision, comfortable saying no and explaining why
Work through a high-volume queue without losing accuracy: tie totals to the cent, document decisions, flag exceptions
Handle a frustrated installer or customer calmly, in writing or on the phone, and close the loop
Fluent English
Confident in Excel or Google Sheets, reach for SQL or AI to remove manual work
Based in Berlin and energized by working on-site with the team
Nice to have: working German (B2 or above)
Nice to have: hands-on experience with German credit and payments infrastructure
