Описание

padoa builds a SaaS that modernizes occupational health services for 9 million employees in France. The company is hiring a Product Designer for the SPST squad to work on the operational core of the product: managing, organizing and billing medical acts within a heavy regulatory framework. You own topics from discovery through post-release follow-up, with design having a direct say in product decisions. The design process relies on Figma, Notion and AI tools such as Claude.

Обязанности

Discovery: explore user needs with the product team and help prioritize opportunities
Conception: explore options, iterate and design intuitive flows with your squad
Finalize your mockups in collaboration with the UI and Design System team
Delivery: follow shipping with developers and find the right compromise under technical constraints
Learn: track your features after release and evolve them from user feedback
Defend your design choices to product, tech and business stakeholders
Evolve design patterns with the team and help Marketing and Sales explain the impact of new features
Contribute to the life of the design team

Требования

At least 3 years of experience designing SaaS products, preferably rich products with multiple modules, many business rules and dense data
Hands-on work with developers and the ability to make the right trade-offs to ship
Run user interviews and turn field insights into concrete design directions
Autonomy and a real sense of ownership: lead your topics, document your choices and defend them
Convincing written and oral communication with a variety of stakeholders
Using AI in your design process for research, exploration and conception (appreciated)
