Описание

CFC is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, which may include operational and technology modernisation, regulatory change and business transformation. The role sits within the Projects Team and is highly business-facing, partnering with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors and delivery teams. The successful candidate will establish scope, manage delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance, and ensure business outcomes are successfully delivered and embedded. Deep domain expertise in the Lloyd's and London insurance market is central to the position.

Lead the delivery of strategic change initiatives from concept through implementation, aligned with business priorities
Define project objectives, scope, success measures, governance requirements, and delivery strategies
Lead or support the development of business cases, investment proposals, and funding requests
Define, track, and monitor project benefits and success measures against agreed business case commitments
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, critical paths, dependencies, resources and finances
Lead resource planning and coordination across business and delivery teams
Drive project execution within scope, timelines, budgets and business objectives
Manage cross-functional dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery constraints
Build trusted relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams
Establish robust governance, control, and reporting frameworks for executive oversight
Control project scope and change requests against approved objectives and benefits
Provide timely, accurate and transparent reporting on project performance, risks, issues, decisions and dependencies
Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Maintain effective financial control through budgeting, forecasting, cost management and benefits tracking
Facilitate governance forums, workshops and steering committees
Lead implementation and business readiness activities for successful adoption
Oversee operational transition and handover into business-as-usual operations
Drive benefits realisation, continuous improvement and lessons learned

Требования

Proven experience delivering complex business change, transformation, and strategic initiatives
Ability to translate business objectives into successful outcomes and measurable value
Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, influencing, and coaching skills
Track record of building alignment, securing commitment, and driving informed decision-making across all organisational levels
Demonstrated expertise in project governance, planning, financial management, and delivery controls
Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts
Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience delivering change within regulated insurance environments
Deep domain expertise in the Lloyd's and London insurance market, including underwriting operations, delegated authority, claims, distribution and regulatory requirements
Experience delivering platform implementations within insurance environments across underwriting, claims or operational platforms
Proven ability to engage credibly with underwriting, operations, technology, risk, compliance and executive stakeholders
Experience leading business and technology change programmes within insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers or Lloyd's market organisations
