Описание

Project Manager - SAP Finance Area (M/F/D) at DSV, a global transport and logistics leader. Based in Warsaw, you join a group Project Management Office of 160+ colleagues and run enterprise-level SAP Finance projects and programmes spanning Group Finance, Compliance, Business Divisions and IT. The role covers E-Invoicing, SAP country roll outs, SAP upgrades and reporting solutions, from business case initiation to hypercare.

Обязанности

Run enterprise-level SAP Finance projects and programmes within the PMO Finance Cluster
Lead and manage SAP integration or related financial projects, i.e. E-Invoicing, SAP country roll outs, SAP upgrades and reporting solutions
Develop finance projects from initiation stage to operation following the standard PMO process and governance
Manage project and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare
Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams
Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers and consultants
Proactively handle issues and manage upwards due to the strategic importance of the projects
Facilitate and participate in workshops, project boards and townhall meetings addressing a large and diverse audience
Support business and group functions in executing global strategies

Требования

Strong stakeholder management skills
Have a bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of project management experience with large corporate projects, preferably from a global PMO
Must have 2+ SAP integration projects in your portfolio as main PM
Preferably have knowledge of SAP modules and processes
Comprehensive understanding of project management tools, i.e. Prince2, PMP and/or agile frameworks
Eligible to live and work in Poland
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills and ability to build and sustain business relationships
Strong management and coaching abilities to lead effectively and address differing opinions
Experience in international and high-performance environments
Adept at navigating both top management and team-level dynamics
