Tesla is hiring a Project Manager for its Merchandise & Vehicle Accessories team in EMEA. The role plans and delivers cross-functional work across sales, product, and operations so that availability, cost, and customer experience stay on track. You will work with planning, warehouse, logistics, and support partners, use data to find the constraint, and push projects from idea to launch. The position is based in Amsterdam, NH, NL.
Обязанности
Lead cross-functional merchandise and vehicle-accessories projects in EMEA from planning through implementation
Partner with planning, warehouse, logistics, and support teams to improve availability, cost, and delivery performance
Run a weekly operating review: KPIs, product availability, risks, and actions with stakeholders
Redesign workflows that improve supply-chain and e-commerce execution
Build business cases and project plans with clear owners, dates, and success metrics
Identify recurring operational issues, complete root-cause analysis, and implement process, system, or product fixes
Report weekly to senior leadership on KPIs, availability, and critical issues
Требования
Experience delivering operations or process-improvement projects in a supply-chain, logistics, or similar environment
Ability to read operational data, find root causes, and turn findings into a plan
Comfort coordinating across planning, warehouse, logistics, and support without direct ownership of those teams
Clear written and verbal communication with both operators and senior leaders
Structured planning: priorities, timelines, and follow-through in a fast-changing environment
Proficiency in English
