The role is a Quality Automation Engineer based in London within a global professional services environment and a 1,000-strong Software & Platform Engineering team. The job involves working hand-in-hand with clients to design modern Quality Engineering strategies, improve existing processes and deliver automated testing. Engineers flex across new domains and stacks, contribute to internal Quality Engineering communities and travel to client sites across the UK on an ad hoc basis.

Define and implement modern Quality Engineering strategies and automated testing for clients
Work hands-on to deliver engineering outcomes and lead others in doing so
Improve existing client quality processes and their software delivery
Flex individual roles and tech stacks across new domains and new stacks
Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities and share knowledge
Propose thoughtful, low-complexity solutions that get the job done efficiently
Требования
Have a passion for improving quality, productivity and software delivery
Several years defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing
Comfortable working in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, TypeScript, Python)
Hands-on experience with GenAI or evidence of actively pursuing personal GenAI projects outside work
Familiar with testing within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
Love working with people and solving problems together in an egoless way, regardless of experience level
Comfortable with change and always happy to learn something new
