Quality Engineering And Assurance Manager

Marex, a global financial services and commodities trading platform, is hiring a Quality Engineering and Assurance Manager to lead its enterprise quality capability within the Technology department. Reporting to the Technology Centre of Excellence Manager, the role owns the risk-based, auditable Quality Engineering framework, standards and operating model in a regulated financial-services environment. The manager drives the transition from manual, downstream QA to an automation-first, continuous and AI-augmented model, embedding automated quality gates, traceability and evidence generation into CI/CD. The role also provides independent assurance and challenge and uses quality, control and delivery data to identify systemic weaknesses and drive continuous improvement.
