Описание

Scalo is a software development company that supports partners in business growth through IT solutions. The Senior AI Engineer will focus on designing and implementing Agentic SDLC systems, including AI agents, workflows, and integration with development tools. The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and offers a hybrid work model with office presence in Warsaw.

Обязанности

Design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions in IT development teams.
Design and develop AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts supporting the software development process.
Integrate AI solutions with code repositories, developer tools, and CI/CD, code review, and testing processes.
Implement and develop Spec-Driven Development practices and other approaches supporting AI use in SDLC.
Design solutions using LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures.
Analyze business and technical needs and translate them into concrete AI solutions and initiatives.
Conduct technical discovery and workshops supporting solution design and implementation.
Monitor usage of implemented solutions, measure effects, and iteratively develop them.
Analyze business value of AI solutions and optimize model usage costs.
Practically transfer knowledge through pair/mob programming, code review, and joint solution design and building.
Create and standardize AI usage standards and select Agentic SDLC practices for different roles and tasks in teams.
Support teams in independent maintenance and further development of implemented solutions.

Требования

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development projects.
Practical experience in designing and implementing AI solutions supporting SDLC.
Practical ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts.
Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices.
Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures.
Experience integrating AI solutions with repositories, CI/CD processes, code review, and testing.
Ability to translate business and technical needs into concrete AI solutions.
Experience in practical knowledge transfer through pair programming, code review, or workshops.
Understanding of software development in large organizations and awareness of security and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
