UWV is seeking a Senior Content Specialist for internal communication, focusing on content strategy and coaching. The role involves advising on strategic topics and developing content plans for various internal audiences.

Обязанности

Develop content plans and determine effective channels
Advise on communication plans based on insights
Manage content and channel strategy for communication channels
Coordinate content flows across channels
Act as sparring partner and coach for content team
Collaborate with external bureaus for content production
Advise business on content solutions
Map needs and translate to communication solutions
Maintain a network for early signal detection

Требования

Minimum HBO level in Communication, Journalism, or Media
At least five years of experience as content specialist
Strong in content creation, strategy, and channel management
Experience with advising on complex communication issues
Good writing skills in Dutch
Ability to work at multiple levels and build networks
Experience coaching colleagues
Knowledge of AI applications in content

Условия

Minimum 32 to maximum 38 hours per week
Gross monthly salary between €4,616 and €6,288
200 holiday hours based on 38-hour week, 8% holiday pay, fixed year-end payment
