Description

Senior Technical Program Manager at Databricks leading high-stakes, multi-workstream programs that have material impact on customer success and scalability. The role involves architecting operating standards, driving cross-functional synergy, and managing large-scale digital transformations within the Data + AI platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Architect operating standards that become a gold standard adopted by other TPMs across the region
Lead high-visibility initiatives requiring deep collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Resolve complex misalignments with M6-level Directors that threaten project velocity
Manage the change management process for large-scale digital transformations
Ensure customer organizations are culturally and technically ready to adopt the Lakehouse architecture
Document best practices and lead internal training sessions to level up the Professional Services organization

Requirements

8–12+ years leading large-scale technical programs
Advanced technical fluency
2 Databricks Associate Certifications or 1 Professional-level Certification required within 6 months of hire
Proven track record of leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize large-scale program delivery
Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (CxOs)
Experience managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values in excess of $0.5M
