Hospitality-tech company building an operating system for restaurants: POS, payments, delivery, kitchen tools, self-order terminals, apps and webshops on one platform. Thousands of restaurants rely on it, with millions of transactions monthly, peaking on Friday nights when nothing is allowed to fail. The stack spans Flutter for mobile and web, Go, PHP and AWS, and the software runs on real hardware inside restaurants. This senior full-stack role delivers features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, contributes to architecture, and mentors teammates.

Обязанности

Deliver features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations
Work across the entire stack, from backend to frontend
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) responsibly and help establish best practices within the team
Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability
Actively contribute to architectural and design decisions
Support and grow the team through mentoring and pair programming
Help define and improve standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD
Build clean APIs, well-designed data models, and high-performance user experiences

Требования

Several years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
Strong experience in backend development with PHP and/or Go combined with hands-on Flutter experience
Ability and willingness to work across both backend (PHP/Go) and frontend (Flutter) as part of a unified stack
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
Solid understanding of MySQL, relational data models, and API design
Experience with AWS and containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a plus
Systems thinking across architectural and technological boundaries
Independent, structured working style with strong analytical skills
Fluency in English (required); German is a plus
