Описание

A fast-growing cybersecurity training platform trusted by over 9 million learners and 1,000+ enterprise organisations is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The role sits in a small, cross-functional squad with end-to-end ownership across B2B, Engagement, Platform or Certification product areas. The engineer takes ambiguous product problems from concept to production using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and MongoDB, with 100% remote work from the UK or approved EU regions.

Обязанности

Take ambiguous, loosely defined product problems from initial concept through design, implementation and production deployment
Design scalable, reliable and secure RESTful APIs and modern frontend interfaces with long-term maintainability in mind
Work directly alongside product managers and designers to shape how problems get solved
Elevate squad quality through thoughtful code reviews, system design discussions and mentoring fellow engineers
Validate what works using data, user feedback and experimentation rather than relying on opinions
Contribute to one of the core product areas: B2B platform, learner engagement, platform infrastructure or certifications

Требования

Strong commercial full-stack experience building production SaaS applications with advanced TypeScript, Node.js, React and MongoDB/SQL fundamentals
Experience using modern AI dev tools such as Cursor and Claude with critical evaluation and testing of generated code
Product engineer mindset focused on user impact and business outcomes rather than just backend plumbing
High ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments, full accountability for features from database schemas to UI polish
Clear communication of complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical teammates
Bonus points for genuine interest in cybersecurity, online education or an active platform profile

Условия

100% remote work from anywhere within the UK or approved EU regions
Strong overlap with UK business hours required
£2,500 annual training budget for certifications, courses and conferences
Latest MacBook Pro plus budget for workspace accessories
Fully paid annual company-wide retreat
Health insurance provided in regions without universal coverage
Enhanced maternity and paternity leave with pension or 401(k) contributions
