A global pharmaceutical company is hiring a Global Senior Manager, Digital Finance based in Barcelona, Spain, on a hybrid basis. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and technology, leading AI-driven Finance transformation from strategy through global implementation. The successful candidate owns digital products, partners with Finance leaders and technology teams, and drives adoption of new technologies across global Finance. The position offers an annual base salary range of 70,100–130,300 EUR gross, a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Lead Artificial Intelligence-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy through global implementation
Own digital products that create measurable value across Finance processes and decision-making
Partner with Finance leaders, data scientists and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
Translate business challenges into innovative Artificial Intelligence and automation opportunities
Drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working across global Finance teams
Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse groups around transformational objectives
Lead cross-functional project teams and deliver sustainable business impact at scale

Требования

Significant experience in Finance
Experience in Digital Finance, Finance transformation or related business transformation roles
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, accounting or operational finance
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment
Demonstrated exposure to Artificial Intelligence, agentic solutions, automation, advanced analytics or digital product delivery
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders
Self-driven, highly adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to deliver results independently
Experience leading enterprise Finance transformation programs
Practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools, agents or digital solutions to solve business challenges
