Senior Performance Marketing Lead – B2B

The role owns B2B paid acquisition for a large UK technology-enabled marketplace, combining hands-on Paid Search and Paid Social execution with influence over the wider growth strategy. Success is measured through customer quality, CAC, conversion, revenue and LTV rather than lead volume alone. It is a senior individual contributor position with a strong emphasis on structured experimentation, AI and automation, and cross-functional work with Sales, Product, CRM and Data. The mix includes new audiences, additional biddable channels and emerging acquisition models.
