Описание

Bolt is a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. The company is hiring a Senior Product Analyst for its Product Analytics team, which is embedded into product verticals such as Ride-Hailing, Delivery, Rentals and Bolt Business. The role focuses on interpreting large data sets, leading experimentation and turning data-based insights into business recommendations. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid working model.

Обязанности

Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques to make business recommendations such as cost-benefit, forecasting and impact analysis
Proactively work together with other stakeholders to communicate data-based insights
Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work with Product Managers to prioritise business and information needs

Требования

BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Significant experience dealing with large volumes of data
Outstanding SQL skills and profound Python/R experience
Experience with some BI tools and data visualisation
Proven ability to lead experimentation: applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, providing recommendations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English
Daily use of AI tools is a baseline expectation
