The employer operates a digital platform for packaging management, connecting companies with a Europe-wide network of packaging suppliers. The vacancy is for a senior product designer owning systems and AI topics in a B2B SaaS product. The role spans user research, interaction and workflow design, design-system evolution, and prototyping with AI tools, working with product and engineering from problem framing through implementation.

Обязанности

Keep a user-first perspective and make complex packaging and compliance workflows intuitive, clear, and measurable
Lead interviews, usability tests, and workshops to understand customer workflows, pain points, and UX friction
Partner with Product and Engineering from early problem framing through solution design
Define scalable UX patterns for tables, filters, bulk actions, status, and review flows
Maintain and improve design system interaction principles, components, states, and usage guidance
Use Figma, AI coding tools, and lightweight coded prototypes to test ideas quickly
Work closely with Engineers to review implementation in the live product and adapt solutions
Use product data, customer feedback, and support signals to improve workflows and the UX system

Требования

At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, ideally in SaaS B2B environments with complex data-heavy workflows
Proven experience designing and shipping digital products end-to-end, supported by strong examples of shipped work
Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, and user experience principles
Systems mindset looking for reusable patterns and principles instead of one-off design solutions
Technical fluency with component-based frontend applications, HTML/CSS and React/TypeScript concepts
AI-first working style using AI tools for research synthesis, exploration, prototyping, and lightweight coding
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and domain experts
Strong command of Figma and familiarity with collaboration, research, analytics, and AI prototyping tools
Native-level German and fluent English skills for effective collaboration across teams
Degree, vocational training, or bootcamp in a relevant field
