Описание

BIP seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product vision, discovery and delivery for its consulting practice. The role requires defining strategic roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and applying data‑driven metrics to guide decisions. You will operate in an agile, hybrid setting with remote flexibility.

Обязанности

Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs
Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate trade‑offs and ensure shared understanding across teams
Lead continuous discovery, validate hypotheses and design prototypes or A/B tests
Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through release and post‑launch optimization
Prioritise backlog items in line with strategic goals and team capacity
Monitor risks and dependencies, propose corrective actions to keep roadmap realistic
Foster a product‑centric culture, empowering teams to make data‑informed decisions

Требования

Minimum two to three years experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in digital environments
Strong familiarity with continuous discovery, problem framing, A/B testing and product experimentation
Proven experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation
Deep knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and related frameworks
Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics for informed decisions
Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Trello and Figma collaboration platforms
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
