Описание

Senior Product Manager role for a client platform in a B2B SaaS environment. The position owns and evolves the product roadmap, prioritizing by value, client feedback and strategic fit. The first operational priority is replacing an existing ETL product and accelerating migration. The role works closely with product owners, development, AI specialists and go-to-market teams.

Обязанности

Develop the capitain roadmap further, prioritizing by value, law firm feedback and strategic fit with adjacent products, and align it with stakeholders
Drive the replacement of ETL PISA as first operational priority, working closely with the team and stakeholders to accelerate the transition
Communicate directly with law firms and clients, understand their workflows in detail and translate structured feedback into solid product decisions
Co-lead the product backlog with product owners, write clear requirements and steer delivery together with development and AI specialists
Coordinate cross-product development with adjacent products and external system partners such as DATEV
Define and measure the central product metrics together with the go-to-market team: activation rates, client migrations, AI recognition rates and end-to-end automation level
Structure feedback from support, sales and direct law firm contact so it flows into development prioritization
Support product marketing and sales with precise release notes, solid use cases and argumentation for law firms, sales and application consulting

Требования

Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to TaxTech, FinTech, LegalTech or comparably regulated markets
Very good German skills at C1/C2 level
Knowledge of tax consulting, accounting or financial software is a clear plus
Familiarity with the DATEV ecosystem, regulatory frameworks actively embedded into product decisions
Basic technical understanding of platform architectures and how products relate within ecosystems with adjacent systems
Experience with AI-supported processes or automated document processing is an advantage
Solid command of Product Discovery, user interviews, data-driven prioritization and agile development methods
Confident moderation between development, product owners, stakeholders and law firms, conducted mostly in English with the development team
Entrepreneurial thinking for the product, structured work approach and understanding that migration of an existing product counts as product work alongside feature releases
