Cross River builds the infrastructure behind innovative financial products, powering payments, cards, lending and digital assets. The company seeks a senior QA engineer to design and implement quality sensors across its CI/CD pipeline and improve end‑to‑end test suites for critical payment flows.

Обязанности

Design and implement layered quality sensors across the CI/CD pipeline, from static analysis to AI‑driven code review
Improve and maintain end‑to‑end test suites for critical payment flows such as card authorisation and settlement
Review pull requests to ensure test intent aligns with business requirements
Identify test coverage gaps and prioritise them based on risk and regulatory impact
Build load testing and performance validation frameworks
Collaborate with the team on overall quality strategy and raise the quality bar
Explore chaos engineering approaches to validate system resilience
Contribute to audit‑trail thinking to ensure traceability of test decisions

Требования

5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on quality and testing
Proficiency in Go or willingness to learn Go quickly
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and ability to assess AI‑generated code
Experience testing RESTful APIs and event‑driven systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and infrastructure‑as‑code
Strong analytical thinking and ability to trace bugs back to specifications
Comfort working in regulated environments with audit‑trail considerations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to mentor and guide team members on testing best practices
