Описание

A Dutch SaaS company building a hybrid assessment platform used by universities worldwide to create, take and grade exams on paper or digitally is hiring a Senior QA Tester. The role takes full ownership of the existing QA process, combining manual exploratory testing with automated end-to-end tests written in Cypress. The small team is based in Delft, values clear written communication, product quality and stability, and works in a hybrid office and home setup.

Обязанности

Lead and coordinate the QA process for product features from initial scoping through to production
Write deep and insightful bug reports that go beyond the happy path and catch complex edge cases
Write and maintain automated end-to-end tests in Cypress
Interact with customers to understand their processes to better test common workflows
Verify bug fixes written by engineers to confirm reported bugs are resolved
Help keep the platform WCAG 2.1 AA compliant

Требования

Broad depth of knowledge in product QA and mastery of modern testing toolsets
Ability to combine manual exploratory testing with writing automated tests
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated end-to-end tests in Cypress
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks with little to no direction and navigate uncertainty
Welcoming constructive feedback, high self-awareness and commitment to team decisions
Strong communication skills in English
Previous work experience in a product company, preferably SaaS
Nice to have: experience with web accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Gross salary of €4.294,40 per month for a full-time 40-hour position
10% of gross salary paid into a retirement plan
