Описание

Sirius Facilities is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO, lead generation, and AI tools. The role involves analyzing user behavior, developing and implementing SEO strategies, creating optimized content, and using AI to enhance processes. The position is hybrid, requiring four days of in-office work in Berlin.

Обязанности

Analyze user behavior and continuously optimize online lead generation
Develop and implement SEO strategies – from onpage and offpage to content and technical optimizations
Create and optimize content with a focus on SEO and conversion
Sovereignly use AI tools to optimize tasks and processes
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Monitor metrics, create reports and derive concrete measures from them

Требования

Solid experience in performance and growth marketing, including confident handling of KPI tracking and data analysis
Over 2 years of professional experience in website optimization, SEO, GEO, lead generation and conversion optimization
Basic technical understanding (website structure, tracking, tools)
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new projects and target groups
Experience with AI-powered solutions
Independent, structured working style and hands-on mentality
Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
