The company is hiring a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager in Barcelona, Spain on a permanent, full-time hybrid basis. The role supports the successful delivery of services and projects for customers, coordinating requests, monitoring service performance and maintaining high service quality. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, lead project transitions into Business As Usual operations and prepare service reports and customer presentations. The position offers an international team, comprehensive onboarding and a flexible hybrid working model.

Обязанности

Act as first point of contact for customers on operational and project-related topics
Own service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
Lead project transitions and contribute to smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare service reports, project updates and customer presentations
Maintain documentation and track customer feedback and action items
Provide day-to-day support to customers throughout their service lifecycle

Требования

2+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Initial experience or strong interest in project management, service delivery or customer-facing roles
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
German and/or Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage
