Service Delivery Manager at NETWORX CONSULTING SAS, responsible for managing IT service delivery for a client, including technical debt projects and budget. The role involves coordination of teams across workplace, endpoint, infrastructure, datacenter, and cloud environments with a strong technical infrastructure background.

Обязанности

Organize and lead various project and governance committees
Manage projects related to client's technical debt initiatives
Handle budget management for the contract
Coordinate dedicated and shared IT teams for service delivery
Oversee systems including Windows, Linux, virtualization with VMware
Manage storage, backup, and database instances across datacenter and cloud
Supervise middleware and 24/7 monitoring operations
Pilot cloud environments using IaaS, PaaS, CaaS with multi-cloud setup
Ensure network, security, and landing zone configurations

Требования

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
At least 7 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
Skills in analysis, anticipation, continuous improvement, writing, organization, prioritization, communication, and reporting tools
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Strong security culture
Strong technical infrastructure knowledge
