Join QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey as a Software Engineer to develop cutting‑edge digital solutions, mentor client teams, and grow as a technologist in a high‑performance culture.

Обязанности

Collaborate with a global network of technologists, designers, and strategists to transform client businesses through innovative digital solutions
Develop cutting‑edge products, mentor client teams, and shape engineering cultures while expanding expertise across industries
Build software products and services from the ground up while coaching on best practices, user‑centric design, and Agile values
Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving sessions with client leaders to shape digital strategies and deliver solutions beyond the product
Contribute to building scalable teams and engineering cultures that enable long‑term client success

Требования

Undergraduate or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years experience developing full‑stack applications with readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code
Collaborative experience with developers and cross‑functional technical and non‑technical teams
Hands‑on experience with frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind
Hands‑on experience with backend technologies including Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET and databases like SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL
Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt and agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP, plus Docker and CI/CD
Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability
Experience working in Agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
Pair programming experience with other developers
Excellent time management in an autonomous work environment
Strong communication skills in English and the local language
