Описание

Reltio is a cloud‑native SaaS company delivering a Context Intelligence Platform that unifies and governs data in real time. The role focuses on developing large‑scale backend features for the MDM platform using Java and cloud technologies. You will collaborate with architects, QA and product managers to deliver high‑quality solutions. The company offers flexible work arrangements within a distributed workforce.

Обязанности

Design and implement complex backend features for the MDM platform
Present technical solutions to architects and make implementation decisions
Distribute tasks and guide regular engineers during feature delivery
Collaborate with QA to define testing approaches and review test plans
Produce internal documentation for all delivered features
Participate in daily technical decisions and sustain owned components
Communicate professionally with cross‑functional team representatives

Требования

Minimum 2 years experience designing and developing enterprise backend applications
Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and object‑oriented programming
Experience building scalable distributed data systems on cloud platforms
Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests with high coverage
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
Experience with performance optimization and Java runtime analysis
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead feature implementation
