Описание

Airbus Cybersecurity SAS is looking for a Support Engineer to join its Cyber Products team. The role involves providing technical assistance for cyber‑training platforms and file‑analysis solutions. You will work in the Engineering department ensuring security by design and delivering high‑quality solutions to customers.

Обязанности

Provide technical support to customers for cyber products
Process technical incidents adhering to defined SLAs
Install and update cyber training platform software
Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
Write and maintain technical and client documentation
Deliver presentations and learning guides for users

Требования

Proficient with Linux operating systems and networking
Experienced in KVM virtualization technology
Skilled in using Packer, Terraform, and Ansible
Knowledgeable of Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools
Strong background in cybersecurity concepts and practices
Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work autonomously with strong service orientation
