You will lead the product development team, turning ideas into real customer solutions. You will build and continuously strengthen the "Product and Energy Solution" team. You will combine market and customer understanding with strategic thinking and operational execution.

Обязанности

Develop new business ideas and turn them into market‑ready products
Lead product concepts from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
Analyse market trends, customer needs and translate them into actionable opportunities
Make strategic decisions and guide cross‑functional teams toward execution
Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated solutions
Drive digital innovation and support the energy transition for customers

Требования

5 to 8 years of professional experience in product development, product management or leading complex projects, preferably in the energy sector
Completed degree in economics, marketing or a comparable field
Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution skills
Ability to analyze market, customer needs and data to derive product ideas
Digital affinity and openness to new technologies and working methods
Leadership skills to motivate team and drive results
