Описание

HealthTech / B2B SaaS company hiring its first Technical Product Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of AI-driven clinical and administrative software for psychotherapists. The role is fully remote within Germany and works closely with the founding team, CTO, clinical researchers and UI/UX designers. Scope covers user discovery, roadmap strategy, AI output quality benchmarks, technical specifications and EU MDR compliance. Compensation is €60,000–€90,000 plus equity, with 28 annual vacation days.

Обязанности

Drive end-to-end ownership of user discovery, product specification, roadmap prioritization and feature rollouts across clinical and administrative tools
Establish and communicate the product roadmap, weighing trade-offs between incremental improvements and transformative new bets
Connect directly with mental health practitioners through remote interviews, contextual observations and workflow analyses
Co-create AI accuracy standards and evaluation frameworks with engineering and clinical teams
Draft detailed specifications, architectural decision records and edge-case operational models
Build independent product concepts quickly using modern AI tooling without relying solely on engineering bandwidth
Embed EU MDR and SaMD regulatory compliance and risk control into early product designs
Partner with go-to-market functions to launch new functionality, monitor real-world usage metrics and iterate on feedback

Требования

4+ years of B2B Product Management experience with a track record of mastering deep product complexities rather than project coordination
Proven track record shipping software in high-stakes regulated domains such as HealthTech, MedTech or EU MDR environments
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM boundaries, evaluation frameworks and deploying reliable AI features to production
Exceptional written communication for drafting precise specifications, decision documents and asynchronous problem briefs
Hands-on execution: authoring specs, building evaluation test suites and personally validating clinical outcomes
Professional business fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
Residence in Germany for full-time remote employment
Nice to have: direct background with digital health software or certified medical devices (EU MDR, IEC 62304)
Nice to have: academic background or practical experience in psychology, mental healthcare or therapy operations
Nice to have: track record scaling generative AI applications or establishing evaluations for live production models
Nice to have: early-stage experience as an inaugural product manager or building 0-to-1 product development processes
