Technical Project Manager

Diabolocom is looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across the organization and work closely with the Head of Software Engineering to execute the roadmap. The role combines ownership of planning, tracking, and dependency management processes with hands-on day-to-day execution: teams need someone who can spot blockers early and turn them into solutions. The engineering organization comprises around 90 engineers across 12 teams working on a global CCaaS product and parallel initiatives. We’re looking for someone with an engineering background and technical leadership experience, as well as professional proficiency in English.
