UX/UI Designer

An entry-level full-time UX/UI designer opening at a company that acquires and improves digital businesses for the long term, operating established products with startup agility. The designer shapes product experiences end to end, starts from an LLM for specs and risk spotting, builds interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code with Cursor and Claude Code, and moves fluidly between code and Figma. The role covers close collaboration with PMs and engineers through QA and release, direct customer validation, and tracking funnels, retention and adoption. Bases include Milan, London, Madrid and Warsaw with an initial onboarding period in the office.
