Описание

A consolidated SaaS leader building software for the most exclusive medical, health and wellness clinics is expanding its Product team and looking for a UX/UI Designer for its central Madrid offices. The mission is to elevate the digital experience of clinics with a product that is easy to use from day one, consistent across all channels and supported by a single Design System. What you design will be used every day by thousands of aesthetics and health professionals.

Обязанности

Design the end-to-end experience, from onboarding and configuration to daily use, defining flows and information architecture
Carry out research to support decisions: interviews with real clinics, usability tests and usage data turned into concrete product changes
Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate and validate ideas before building them
Grow the Design System with documented tokens, components and patterns, unifying the web dashboard and native apps
Work side by side with Product and Development, contributing design to the functional definition and supporting implementation
Defend design decisions in front of the team and management

Требования

More than 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, covering both the visual layer and experience analysis
Mandatory portfolio that shows the design process, not only the final result
Experience working with a real Design System, not just consuming one
Strong command of Figma, including components, variables and libraries, plus prototyping tools
Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps, Asana or Notion
Willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily design work: research, generating alternatives, documentation
Curiosity to try the AI tools that keep appearing
English at B2 level or above
Residency in Madrid, required for the work format
Product judgement and clear communication with stakeholders and technical teams
Autonomy in dynamic environments and curiosity about the client's business
Experience in SaaS B2B or in the beauty, aesthetic medicine or health sectors is valued

Условия

Hybrid format: the first weeks are onsite at the central Madrid offices for training
After that period, 1 day of remote work per week at the employee's choice
Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
