Описание

A Working Student position in the Product Experience Unit of one of Europe's largest online retailers for musical instruments and music production equipment. The role covers the full cycle of UX and product research, from planning studies and recruiting participants to moderating tests, analyzing results, and maintaining UX deliverables. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts to ground product decisions in real user needs. The role also shapes how research contributes to product discovery and decision-making.

Обязанности

Plan and organize UX studies together with Product Research and Product Teams
Create test scripts, interview guidelines, and surveys
Manage the recruitment of test participants from our user pool
Coordinate studies, including scheduling and technical setup
Moderate and observe UX tests
Conduct customer interviews
Cluster and categorize feedback from users and stakeholders
Analyze research results and identify patterns in user behavior
Document findings in our research repository
Help create and maintain UX deliverables like personas or customer journey maps

Требования

Enrollment in a relevant field such as UX, Design, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or Communication
Ideally completed foundational courses in research methods or design
Empathy and passion for understanding customer needs
Knowledge of e-commerce and user research methods
Professional fluency in German and English
Proven experience with research methods and analysis is a plus
Knowledge in music or audio creation is a plus
