Description

Flix SE is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Manager to focus on AI & Automation in Warsaw. The role involves integrating and maintaining partner inventory, automating repetitive tasks, and applying AI to improve operations within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Integrate and maintain partner inventory on the platform
Automate repetitive steps in onboarding and inventory processes
Prototype and apply AI tooling for data checks and document handling
Work with engineers to resolve technical issues and improve tools
Use data to measure impact and prioritize automation opportunities

Requirements

Holds a degree in a technical, analytical, or business field with 3+ years of relevant experience
Comfortable with data and automation tooling, including spreadsheets, SQL, scripting, and AI tools
Thorough, detail-oriented person who cares about clean, reliable data
Able to set own goals and find creative workarounds
Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
