This document is a public offer and governs use of hitIT paid features.
Payment for a subscription, plan, limit pack, job publication or pinning, AI tool, or any other paid option on the site means acceptance of this offer.

3. What can be purchased
The site offers paid features for job seekers and employers. The exact service, access term, limits, and price are shown before payment.
- For job seekers: subscriptions and AI tools, including job matching, resume analysis and tailoring, cover-letter and vCard generation, and other features listed at checkout.
- For employers: job-publication plans and slots, AI job import, candidate matching, pinning, and other paid features listed at checkout.
- Additionally: one-time limit packs, promotional offers, bonus services, and other paid options published on the site.
4. Contract formation
The contract is formed once payment for the chosen paid feature is successfully completed on the site.
Payment confirms that the user reviewed the offer, understands which feature, term, and price are being purchased, and accepts these terms.
5. Payment process
Payments are processed through a payment service connected to the site. To complete payment, the user may be redirected to a payment partner’s page.
Payment is confirmed by a successful transaction status at the payment service and an electronic receipt or other confirmation sent to the email provided at payment.
6. What the user receives
After payment, the user receives access to the paid feature shown on the purchase page.
Where a service is limited by term, number of uses, feature set, limits, or user role, those restrictions form part of the purchase terms as displayed before payment.
7. What is not included
Payment for hitIT features does not guarantee employment, an offer, an employer response, hiring of a candidate, or a commercial result from posting a job.
We provide access to service tools but do not guarantee the accuracy of AI generation in every case and are not responsible for decisions made by employers, candidates, or other third parties.
8. Refunds
If payment succeeds but paid access is not provided through our fault, or the service was not actually delivered, the user may request a refund.
If access was provided and the paid feature was used, a refund is assessed considering the services already delivered and applicable law.
To request a refund, email help@hitit.one with the payment date, amount, payment email, and a brief description.
9. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for providing paid access to service features within the limits of this offer.
We are not responsible for actions or decisions of employers, candidates, payment partners, or other third parties; connectivity interruptions; contractor failures; external technical causes; or consequences of incorrect or incomplete user-provided data.
10. Changes to paid features and this offer
We may change the price, scope, limits, and terms of paid features. New terms apply to new purchases from publication on the site.
For already paid access, the terms shown at payment apply unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
This offer is governed by the law of Georgia as the provider’s country of registration, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
The parties seek to resolve disputes and claims through negotiations and email correspondence. If no agreement is reached, a dispute is considered at the provider’s place of registration unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Term of the offer
This offer remains effective while published on the site. We may update it at any time, and the current version is always available on this page.
