Refund policy

Effective version dated July 1, 2026

1. When a refund may be requested

A refund may be requested if payment was successful but paid access was not provided through our fault, the purchased service was not delivered, or the payment was charged incorrectly.

If access was provided and the paid feature was partly used, the request is assessed considering the services already delivered and applicable law.

2. How to submit a request

Email help@hitit.one and include the payment date, amount, payment email, the purchased feature, and a brief description of the issue.

We may ask for additional information needed to identify the transaction. Do not send full bank card details or security codes.

3. Review and payment return

We review the request and notify the user of the decision by email. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment provider or applicable law.

The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the user’s bank.

4. Services already delivered

A refund may be reduced or declined for the portion of a service already delivered, including used limits, generated materials, published or pinned jobs, completed AI operations, and expired access periods, subject to applicable law.

A refund does not apply merely because the service did not lead to employment, an offer, a candidate hire, an employer response, or another expected commercial result.

5. Related terms

Payment and paid-access terms are also described in the public offer. If mandatory applicable law gives the user additional rights, those rights remain in effect.
