Effective version dated July 1, 2026
hitIT is an online service for IT job search, resumes, applications, communication, and career tools.
Through hitIT, a user can search jobs, create and edit resumes, use AI tools, save favourites, receive recommendations, analyse salaries, and purchase paid access. Recruiters can publish jobs, work with applications, and use candidate-search tools.
The service may be used by legally capable individuals and representatives of companies and employers who use hitIT to publish jobs and work with candidates.
By using the site, the user confirms that the information they provide is accurate, that they use the service lawfully and in good faith, and that some features operate automatically and may be inaccurate.
We provide access to site features as they are available at the time of use.
Some features may be free and some paid. Paid-access terms are described in the public offer.
We may add new features, change existing ones, temporarily disable sections, or update the site without separate agreement with each user.
hitIT helps users search for work and simplify career processes, but does not promise employment, an interview invitation, an offer, a particular number of applications, an employer response, or perfect accuracy of recommendations, resume analysis, and AI generation.
When using AI features, the user independently checks the resulting text, resume, cover letter, vCard, or recommendations before sending them to an employer or publishing them.
When using hitIT, users must not:
A recruiter must publish accurate jobs and provide truthful information about the work, company, and conditions.
A user may store a resume in their account. When it is published, it becomes available through a public link.
Before the first publication, the user confirms separate consent to process personal data permitted for distribution. Details are in the privacy policy.
The user decides which data to add before publication and can unpublish the resume in settings. After unpublishing, the public link no longer opens the published resume.
The site may contain jobs and data published by employers, obtained from public sources, or generated automatically for display convenience.
We aim to keep information current, but do not guarantee that every job, link, salary, description, or contact will be current at all times.
If a user notices an error, duplicate, outdated job, or violation, they may email help@hitit.one or use the job-report form.
Some service features are available only after payment. Payment, refund, and paid-access rules are described in the public offer.
If these terms differ from the public offer, the public offer applies to paid services.
We may restrict access to an account, individual features, or content if a user violates these terms; there are reports of fraud, spam, or fake activity; use of the service creates a risk to other users or the site; or the law or an authorised authority requires it.
The site may occasionally be temporarily unavailable because of updates, fixes, or technical work.
We may also change the site appearance, feature set, and logic of individual sections. The current version of these terms is always published on this page.
We are responsible for operation of the service within reasonable limits, but are not responsible for actions of employers, candidates, or other third parties; employer decisions on applications; employment or hiring outcomes; temporary connection, internet, browser, or device failures; errors in user-entered data; or inaccuracies in AI features where the user did not check the result before use.
We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when published on the site unless it specifies a different date.
Continued use after publication of a new version means acceptance of the updated terms.
