Description

The AI Project Coordinator internship supports the Sr. Manager Executive Planning in Europe, helping to structure, track and accelerate AI Week hackathon initiatives from concept to pilot. The role involves cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder communication and preparation of executive updates within a fast‑moving international environment.

Responsibilities

Support follow‑up and execution of AI Week hackathon projects
Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with Business Enablement, Global Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, HR and market teams
Translate hackathon outputs into actionable 30/60/90‑day pilot plans
Maintain a structured project tracker covering progress, dependencies and risks
Prepare concise executive updates for senior leadership
Support stakeholder meetings, workshops and follow‑up actions
Contribute to AI communication materials, training content and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
Conduct competitive and technological monitoring on AI and automation trends
Promote responsible AI practices by identifying risks and compliance considerations

Requirements

Student pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, data science or related field
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital transformation
Good understanding of project management principles, agile exposure a plus
Ability to structure complex topics and synthesize information
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
Fluent English required; additional languages a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Copilot advantageous

Conditions

Full‑time on‑site internship for six months
Based in Bagneux office with no remote work indicated
Company offers exposure to AI initiatives across Europe
Internship may include standard student benefits but not specified
