Description

Moderna is strengthening its international business services hub in Warsaw, supporting our growing global operations. As part of the US Commercial Contract Operations organization you will manage contract and customer administration across a growing US portfolio, ensuring accurate execution and compliance. The role combines detailed contract operations with analytics and reporting, leveraging digital and emerging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of contract pricing structures and membership eligibility
Partner with vendors and wholesalers to ensure accurate contract setup
Maintain centralized database of contract rosters and key information
Calculate and analyze administration fees and prepare reports for review
Consolidate operational and financial metrics and produce regular reporting
Manage Revenue Management System and ensure alignment with pricing and compliance
Support contract governance, SOX controls and audit readiness activities
Identify process improvement opportunities and apply digital or AI tools

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivots and data analysis
Ability to maintain accurate customer and contract data records
Familiarity with revenue management systems such as Model N is a plus
Understanding of chargebacks, rebates and class‑of‑trade management
Proficiency in English for global collaboration and documentation
