Description
Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation on a mission to fight food waste through a marketplace app connecting businesses with surplus food to consumers. With 133 million registered users across 20 countries, the company is a fast-growing scale-up recognised on Fortune's 'Change the World' list. The B2C Marketing Manager will drive consumer growth in the Polish market, owning CRM strategy, data-driven experimentation, local partnerships, and community management across Meta channels.
Responsibilities
Design, execute, and scale CRM channels (Push, Email, In-App Messaging, SMS) to optimise Activation, Retention, Reactivation, and LTV
Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, offer structure, send timing, audience segmentation, and UX triggers
Drive data-led cohort analysis and rigorous measurement to maximise ROI and lower CAC and churn
Execute targeted local demand-driving activities to balance supply and demand across the Polish marketplace
Partner with analytics, global brand, and growth teams to identify funnel drop-offs, behavioural trends, and high-potential local opportunities
Oversee local partnerships with content creators, influencers, and 3rd-party brands to drive measurable user acquisition and engagement
Manage PL Meta channels including scheduling, transcreation, ideation, and community management
Brief internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-performing campaign-tested assets and activations
Combine brand storytelling with performance data to optimise response rates and conversion
Requirements
Proven experience in CRM and performance marketing within a fast-paced digital, app-first, or marketplace environment
Deep familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Braze, MovableInk)
Strong hands-on experience in test design including hypothesis drafting, sample size calculation, statistical significance, and funnel analysis
Proficiency in product analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Amplitude, Looker) to translate data into growth strategies
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable growth in app retention, engagement, or revenue
Proficient in social creative production with experience using static and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Gemini AI, ElevenLabs) to create and adapt assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish
Strong collaboration skills to partner across Global, Centre Cluster, and local market teams
Genuine passion for sustainability and desire to make a positive impact on the planet
