Description

Senior Business Analyst will support the ALMT entity by maintaining and evolving Front‑to‑Back applications for investment banking clients. Duties include requirement gathering, functional analysis, test preparation, change management, and third‑level production support.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements from users and perform functional analysis
Create functional specifications for development teams
Prepare test environments and write comprehensive test cases
Conduct user acceptance testing and support regression testing
Lead change management activities and provide user training
Provide third‑level production support and assist in issue resolution
Contribute to ongoing maintenance and evolution of existing applications

Requirements

Proven experience in functional analysis for Front Office trading systems
Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as actions, bonds, swaps, options and futures
Ability to gather user requirements and produce detailed functional specifications
Experience preparing test environments, writing test cases and conducting UAT
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Kondor financial library
Fluent English communication and ability to support third‑level production issues
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change management for users
