Description

Atos is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Banking & Assurance BU, working on critical IT projects in modern banking information systems. The role involves analyzing business needs, defining functional specifications, and contributing to digital product development in an Agile environment with strong regulatory context.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business needs in a complex banking context
Translate these needs into clear and structured functional specifications
Contribute to the definition and evolution of digital products and services
Participate in building and refining the backlog in support of the Product Owner
Define management rules, functional modeling, and use cases
Write User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Support teams in design, development, and testing phases
Prepare, execute, and coordinate functional acceptance tests
Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, reviews, demos)
Be a proactive force in improving processes and functional quality

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Confirmed experience of at least 4 to 6 years as a Business Analyst
Mandatory professional experience in the banking or financial sector
Solid mastery of functional analysis and specification writing
Good understanding of banking business processes and regulatory constraints
Comfortable with large-scale Agile environments (SAFe)
Ability to interact with multiple business and IT stakeholders
Rigor, autonomy, synthesis skills, and service orientation
Appetite for data topics, data quality, and functional references is a plus
