Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a consulting background to support complex supply‑chain transformation initiatives. The role involves mapping AS‑IS processes, gathering functional requirements and defining TO‑BE scenarios across planning, transport and logistics. You will work closely with NTT DATA teams, client stakeholders and external technology vendors.
Responsibilities
Analyse and map current supply‑chain processes with focus on planning, transport and operations
Gather, formalise and prioritise functional requirements together with business and IT stakeholders
Define TO‑BE scenarios, identify improvement opportunities and support digitalisation initiatives
Conduct functional workshops, produce process flows, gap analyses, BRDs, user stories and specifications
Support functional design, solution validation and coordination with integration and solution architects
Analyse system integrations between ERP, TMS, WMS and data platforms
Assist in functional testing, SIT, UAT, training and change‑management activities
Prepare materials for project governance, presentations and stakeholder communications
Requirements
3‑5 years experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in supply‑chain projects
Consulting background with experience in structured process improvement initiatives
Proficiency in mapping AS‑IS and designing TO‑BE processes for planning, transport and logistics
Knowledge of TMS, WMS, ERP integration and data exchange formats such as API, EDI, XML/JSON
Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid project methodologies
Strong analytical, synthesis and documentation skills, using tools like Jira and Confluence
Excellent spoken and written English (required)
Minimum B2 level proficiency in French
Conditions
Hybrid work arrangement with mandatory presence in Milan office
Occasional travel may be required for client workshops or project meetings
