Description

The role is based in Poland and focuses on managing complex construction projects across industrial, manufacturing, logistics and data‑center domains.
Responsibilities
Manage complex projects and programmes as the key client interface
Develop working relationships, solve problems and drive projects to successful completion
Oversee design process to meet client requirements and expectations
Review project plans, specifications, schedules, cost‑saving measures and potential construction issues
Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental requirements
Monitor project timelines, risks and reporting
Control project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track
Engage with marketing and business development initiatives
Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
Draft contract documents in strict accordance with approved templates and manage contract processing
Requirements
Proven project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or data‑center environments
Professional qualification in project management, engineering or construction
Thorough understanding of the full project life‑cycle from design to post‑project review
Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English with strong report writing skills
Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
