Description
Ikano Bank is looking for a Credit Portfolio Analyst to support credit risk decisions in the Polish market. The role involves analysing portfolio performance, identifying risk drivers and providing actionable insights for pricing and collections. You will work with cross‑functional teams across Europe and contribute to continuous improvement of credit strategies.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse credit portfolio performance across origination, back‑book and collections
Track key KPIs and report deviations from targets to senior management
Identify performance signals and propose corrective actions for pricing and treatment strategies
Conduct detailed analyses of portfolio segments, customer behaviour and risk drivers
Prepare regular dashboards, reports and presentations for internal governance forums
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk, analytics or portfolio management
Strong knowledge of credit risk metrics such as PD, NPL, DPD and write‑offs
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Ability to use Python and BI tools for reporting and visualisation
Fluency in Polish and English for communication with stakeholders
