Description

Responsibilities

Develop reporting in Power BI based on Salesforce and Data Warehouse, covering revenue, customer development, retention, forecasts
Define events to measure with product development, marketing, and growth, and integrate data from various source systems
Identify changes and anomalies in data, formulate hypotheses, and investigate them independently
Develop analyses of website and product usage, such as activation, engagement, usage depth, and renewal probability
Define success metrics for new features and products before launch and evaluate after rollout
Prepare results for editorial, sales, and management as decision-making basis

Requirements

About 3-5 years of experience in Product Analytics or Business Intelligence
Very secure SQL knowledge on a cloud warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
Experience with a BI tool, preferably Power BI
Fundamental experience with web and product analytics, including GA4 at raw data level
Hypothesis-driven and persistent work approach
Ability to define, explain, and defend metrics
Use of AI tools with careful validation
