Description

The Delivery Manager E‑commerce leads project delivery for DECADE’s e‑commerce clients, ensuring successful implementation, risk management and stakeholder coordination. Reporting to a senior Business Manager, the role oversees technical and operational teams and drives performance against KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

Organize resources, plan, estimate and prioritize project topics
Design and facilitate scoping workshops and challenge specifications
Manage risks and resolve crises during production phase
Coordinate testing and ensure successful project delivery on time and quality standards
Lead project committee and steering meetings with stakeholders
Interact with partners and clients to ensure solution coherence
Report regularly to management and client contacts
Oversee technical and operational teams, fostering motivation and skill development
Track production KPIs such as planning, budget and quality
Drive continuous performance improvement of delivery processes

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience managing e‑commerce projects
Proven ability to lead project teams of technical and operational staff
Deep knowledge of e‑commerce business challenges and solutions
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and partners
Experience in risk anticipation and mitigation during production phases
Engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent required
Ability to motivate teams and develop individual competencies
