Description

ELSYS Design seeks a Delivery Manager for electronic systems to govern, coordinate, and methodologically steer structured projects across Ile‑de‑France and Grand Ouest. Reporting to the regional director, the role ensures project practice coherence, KPI tracking, and resource optimization. The manager supports business leads, takes direct responsibility for major projects, and collaborates with national project direction.

Responsibilities

Structure consolidate and steer the project portfolio
Define and monitor performance indicators KPIs for deadlines costs quality margin client satisfaction
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Prepare and lead steering and management committees
Deploy and enforce standardized project management methodologies
Propose and maintain multi‑project tracking tools
Foster a homogeneous project culture across regions
Support business managers during pre‑sales phases
Assist project managers with planning workload management and budget tracking
Contribute to resource optimization and contractual commitment monitoring
Provide consolidated project activity reporting to senior management
Highlight potential deviations and issue early alerts
Capture best practices and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven mastery of project management methodologies
Strong knowledge of ESN economic models TJ margin intercontract
Proficiency with multi‑project tracking tools MS Project Jira Confluence Power BI advanced Excel
Ability to structure and harmonize complex processes
Analytical mindset rigor result orientation
Pragmatic and agile approach
Transversal leadership ability to unite teams without direct hierarchy
Pedagogical skills to support team skill development
Bac+5 degree in electronic systems digital electronics or embedded systems
Significant experience 5‑10 years in electronic systems development and project delivery

Conditions

Base office location in Cachan with occasional trips to Toulouse and Rennes
