Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic transformation programs for clients
Select and deploy IT solutions, analyze and redesign business processes
Manage project resources, budgets, and reporting end-to-end
Facilitate workshops and gather user requirements
Drive change management and team coordination

Requirements

At least 6 years of professional experience in program management or related roles
Degree in engineering, business, or IT/Digital focus
Experience in complex delivery and multi-project coordination
Good level of English
Knowledge of agile and lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
